Restoring hope to those who have endured hardship is my greatest goal. I work with youth, children, and adults to improve their social skills and self-awareness for independent, happy living. I offer therapy for those who are struggling with anxiety, grief, trauma, career burnout, life transitions, relationship issues, addictions, self-harm and suicidal thinking, and depression. I consider myself a neurodiversity-friendly, LGBTQ+ allied, and a culturally sensitive therapist.
