I've worked for over a decade with children and youth in residential, community, and private practice settings. My specialty includes helping children, teens, and their families with a variety of concerns both at home and at school. I also enjoy working with adults on managing life stressors and transitions.
I am of the belief that we all go through things in life which we cannot face alone. Sometimes the help we require brings us to explore counselling. I focus on creating a safe space free of judgement where, together, we can work towards your goals and lean into discomfort and change.
