Hello! I am a dedicated certified counsellor offering in person support in the Cranbrook area and Tela-health services across the province. I offer individual counselling grounded in a person centred approach by providing a safe, non-judgemental space to explore thoughts and feelings and by listening and responding with empathy, respect, and unconditional positive regard. I also specialize in supporting school-aged children and their caregivers through various challenges, particularly those associated with mood disorders, and neurodevelopmental differences such as ADHD and Autism.
In my work with children and families, I am committed to helping clients develop emotional wellness and confidence through processing trauma and adverse experiences, developing a foundation for lifelong emotional health, and supporting the emotional health of the family unit. I offer an emotion focused approach grounded in attachment theory.
