As a career counsellor I support and guide my clients in a reflective and strategic process, helping them to identify and leverage the power of their lived experiences and diverse talents. I work with clients who are seeking perspective, clarity and customized approaches as they navigate change, challenges, and fulfillment in their career lives. I coach clients who are experiencing stress/burnout to discover and integrate positive and sustainable solutions. I assist young adults in building the foundations for a career life. I help clients redefine and create new work after age 60, and map out personally meaningful next steps.
My approach to career counselling is holistic, client-centered, experiential, and pragmatic. I help my clients leverage their lived experiences, evolving skills, aspirations, and what they value deeply to create customized and meaningful next steps. I want my clients to move forward in their lives with deepened awareness, perspective and relevant strategies.
I believe in the power of conversation and listening to better understand your relationship with work and career. I work collaboratively with you, respecting your experiences and aspirations while also supporting you to be both creative and strategic throughout your career life.
