My philosophy for therapy is to create a safe, comfortable, and non-judgmental environment for individuals, couples, and families. By using a client-centered approach, with inclusivity as a priority, I work towards combining emotions, thoughts, and self-reflection to support clients in achieving their goals.
In addition to general individual, couple, and family focused therapy, I am also passionate about offering specialized therapy including trauma, anxiety, grief, parenting and perinatal support (pregnancy, postpartum, fertility, birth, and loss).
