Presently, I am employed with a practice called Psychotherapy For You. I currently offer individual psychotherapy to children and adults (12+). I embrace a compassionate, person- centred approach and I have experience supporting individuals across the lifespan with a variety of challenges such as anxiety, depression, grief, stress, adjustment issues, ADHD, and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
My goal is to cultivate a safe, nurturing space where clients feel truly seen and supported as they embark on their journey of personal growth and healing. In session you can expect warmth, attentiveness, and an unwavering commitment to facilitating positive change. I utilize a variety of approaches such as CBT, DBT, mindfulness, SBT, and narrative therapy.
