Shame dies when stories are told in safe spaces... and that is exactly what I'm hoping to offer my clients; A safe and supportive space for people to talk about those hard things, working through interpersonal struggles and relationships, and finding ways to thrive when it feels like life is overwhelming, or not what you were expecting. I have a friendly, relaxed style and offer a safe, compassionate, and non-judgemental space to connect. I see it as a privilege to hear about your most personal struggles, and to support you through your growth and healing journey. I am currently only seeing clients virtually.
I have experience working with individuals of all ages, helping them navigate various life situations, including relationship issues, separation/divorce, mental health (trauma, depression, anxiety), addictions, parenting support, adjusting to parenthood, loss, grief, and bereavement, as well as support with setting healthy boundaries to protect ourselves.
