I enjoy working with anyone who maybe curious how their early experiences maybe disrupting their current relationships, goals or dreams. I work with people who have experienced recent or historic difficult or traumatic events and need help putting the pieces back together. I also enjoy working with people who are experiencing major life transitions, either preparing for a new relationship or moving through the grief of a current relationship that is changing.
I focus on helping people move beyond their past traumatic events, recognizing that trauma is about what happens to us, but our recovery should also acknowledge what happens within us, and how it changes how we view our self, others and the world around us, my goal is to guide you on that recovery journey and reclaiming the old and discovering the new.
Often the first phone call, text, or email is the hardest one to send. Therapy is about connection, compassion and a clear plan to help you write the story that you deserve.
