Situated in the White Rock / South Surrey area, I am pleased to deliver relevant and effective therapeutic coaching for those who are looking for increased clarity, honest introspection, and rigorous developmental growth. This is a unique, holistic counselling approach that takes into account the whole person while helping to facilitate new pathways of insight and focus. I do this work in a number of ways. Some of these are drawn from current perspectives in grounded research in the behavioral sciences, while others are borrowed from timeless principles rooted in ancient healing perspectives.
I tend to focus on depression, anxiety, grief, loss and spiritual crisis. I also understand the unusual and complex burden that many people are feeling during this current COVID climate, and it is my pleasure to provide a healing and therapeutic space in this respect while appreciating the fact that we are dealing with unprecedented challenges right now.
Through my years of counselling work I have become increasingly convinced of humankind’s innate capacity for self-healing and self-realignment. I believe that, as a species, we are fundamentally equipped with the most essential, inner tools to heal ourselves and find true restoration. As such, I am committed to helping my clients find meaningful growth.
