My specialty is in addiction and recovery from addiction. As a recovering addict for many years myself, I feel I provide a relatable approach and understanding to my clientele. If you would like to make an action plan, change, create and follow through with goals, we can work together to make that happen. I provide individual counselling to build coping skills, confidence, self-image, communication and boundaries. I use the interventions of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, (CBT) to treat depression, anxiety, substance abuse issues, BPD, and stress by addressing thinking and by changing behaviours to support your life.
I offer an affordable rate for individuals because I understand how financially restricting seeking counselling can be. It is difficult enough to pick up the phone and reach out, an individual should not be held back by financial limitations.
