As a counsellor and creative therapist, I have worked extensively with trauma (PTSD), addictions, at-risk behaviors, parenting, violence, abuse, neglect, and facing the pain of difficult relationships and loss. This work can be done individually, in groups or in families. My services include face to face, online, experiential and music therapy.
