I specialize in life transitions, grief, and loss. Many struggles are rooted in loss and change – loss of identity, control, relationships, careers, and more. I offer a safe space to explore difficult emotions and experiences without judgement. We can meet through video, in-person (in Stoney Creek), or through Walk and Talk Therapy in the Niagara Region.
