My hope is for you to feel safe to be your authentic self and feel supported. We will work on having self compassion and be present with your emotions. Then we can work together to process these emotions.
I offer a non-judgmental approach where you can just be you. During your counselling session, we will work on processing past issues, current issues and develop more effective ways to cope for the future. My areas of interest include working with individuals and couples.
The hardest part to counselling is reaching out to a counsellor- I look forward to hearing from you and helping you through your journey. It will be an honour to hold space for you during your most vulnerable and trying moments.
