Life can be challenging, filled with obstacles and uncertainties that can take a toll on our well-being. I offer a welcoming space where you can feel safe sharing your story, thoughts, and feelings. I want you to know that I am here to provide the support you need in a way that is meaningful to you, within a compassionate space where you can explore, heal, and ultimately thrive. I work with those 16 years and older who are navigating a variety of challenges including, but not limited to, the impacts of various types of abuse, trauma, depression, anxiety, life transitions, shame, relationship issues, self-esteem, grief, and loss.
I believe that when trust, non-judgement and warmth are at the heart of our therapeutic relationship, it has the power to bring about positive and life-changing transformations. I adopt an integrative trauma-informed lens and draw techniques from Polyvagal Theory, DBT, Internal Family Systems, Cognitive Processing Theory, self-compassion, EMDR and more.
I do not believe in a one-size-fits-all or "bandaid-fix" approach. No matter what step of your journey you are on, I am ready to meet you where you are at and work towards getting to the root of your concerns.
