Finding one's self can be difficult to pin down whether you're a person of colour experiencing conflicting values culturally, an individual exploring your sexual identity, unable to balance work/school with life, or otherwise. Coupled that with the stresses of everyday life and things tend to feel overwhelming. You may feel like it's hard to organize your thoughts and feelings or you may even feel like you have nowhere to express yourself.
I offer a safe, non-judgmental environment for your thoughts and feelings to be heard. I also believe in collaboration between individuals and the acceptance of all walks of life. Whether you are part of the LGBTQIA+ community, the BIPOC community, etc., all are welcome.
Being a person of colour and a second generation immigrant, I have felt the tug-of-war between what seems like two different worlds. However, being torn for who you are does not have to always remain a factor. I am available through virtual sessions through New Mind Therapy/Psychology Today.
