I work In-Person with individuals(13+) couples & families who experience anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, burnout, grief, life transitions (job/school/separation/retirement) compassion fatigue, stress, disabilities/chronic pain/illness. Special interest-Health Care Workers, Educators, Students, Agriculture
For the past 25 years I have supported those within the mental health & education sector to develop strategies to support their mental health and wellness goals. I'm a Registered Social Worker with the Ontario College of Social Workers & Social Service Workers. I am also an Equine Assisted Learning and Psychotherapy Provider.
