I have worked for 30 years with clients experiencing a wide range of psychological challenges. I work collaboratively with clients by offering insight, support, and guidance. Customized treatment plans that align with clients' wants, needs, preferences, and goals are created. My aim is to help you move forward in your life with enhanced self-awareness, improved coping skills and a healthier sense of mental, emotional and physical well-being.
I offer a thoughtful integration of evidence-based psychotherapies and adjuncts to psychotherapy when appropriate. Adjuncts to psychotherapy can include meditation, mindfulness strategies and gentle yoga. I am a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) with Yoga Alliance and believe that mind-body awareness helps to improve wellness.
I acknowledge that asking for help can be a big step. I strive to foster a strong therapist-client relationship and encourage you to reach out by emailing today. Let's rediscover your inner strengths to help you cope with, manage and overcome your presenting problems.
