I bring over 25 years of counselling experience with couples, families and individuals struggling with a wide range of issues. With expertise in addiction and intercultural issues in couples, I put emphasis on clients' communication to improve their individual functioning and relationships. Clients will become more aware of themselves, others and the influence of their past. "Making every session count" is my motto. I achieve this by tapping into clients' motivation and zeroing in on a key element that can shift the overall picture.
Communication is a complex process and clients will gain clarity on how they get stuck. Effective communication can reduce stress, solve problems, bring understanding and intimacy, raise self worth and regulate emotions. Deep changes can be achieved with my holistic and integrative approach.
