I work to create a safe space for clients to explore their thoughts, emotions and behaviours. Through a client-oriented approach, I aim to help clients uncover the underlying roots of their problems and symptoms. I believe that a symptom important enough to instigate a trip to the therapist has typically resulted from many different interacting factors. In my practice, I assist clients in exploring these factors and the dynamic organization to the way they unconsciously register experience. By doing so, we can work to bring about desired changes.
I hold a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and am currently a candidate of CICAPP. This specialized training in psychoanalytic psychotherapy allows me to provide comprehensive and effective treatment. I offer assessment, treatment planning and psychotherapy for children, adolescents and adults.
