I work in downtown Toronto with clients who are dealing with significant life challenges including anxiety, depression, divorce, retirement, aging, and loss - of a loved one, a job, or life meaning. I am a licensed therapist registered with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. I have completed training as a Jungian Analyst and have been seeing clients for over 5 years. I have a rich background of professional and personal experiences as a teacher, counsellor, executive coach and leader.
I use a variety of approaches based on the needs of the individual client. I specialize in Jungian Analysis.
My clients are interested in taking an in-depth look at themselves and their challenges. They want "deep", lasting solutions, not "quick fixes". They want to lead more flourishing lives. We usually meet once a week for an hour on-line or in my private office.
