My approach with each person (adult, child, couple & family) is as unique as the individual. I work collaboratively with you in order to achieve the most positive and maximum results. My hope is to provide you with the education, skills, and tools in order to empower you to live your life to the fullest. I believe in a holistic treatment approach: emotional, cognitive, physical & spiritual. I offer art and talk therapy in office, online, and via telephone, to people of all ages, struggling with emotional difficulties, life challenges, and mental health concerns.
I am both a Registered Clinical Counsellor & a Registered Social Worker with over 22 years of experience working with children, adults, couples, and families.
