I have extensive experience working with individuals across the lifespan who are experiencing mood and anxiety concerns, Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), interpersonal difficulties, general life stressors, learning issues, and executive dysfunction. I have a special interest in working with parents, particularly new parents, as they navigate the joys and challenges of parenthood.
I work with kids, adolescents, and adults to determine their strengths and weaknesses, and to find a way forward with therapy and other supports. With a client-centered approach, I draw from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, mindfulness, and other therapeutic modalities to help clients make meaningful change and achieve their full potential.
Whether a client has never been to therapy or has a long history of accessing mental health support, it is always my aim to meet them where they are in their process. My approach to therapy is strength-based, non-judgmental, and always tailored to the individual.
