I work with individuals, couples and families. I counsel children, adolescents, adults, and seniors. I counsel clients with mental health diagnoses, brain injuries, developmental disabilities, and relationship problems. My speciality is working with relationship problems such as divorce, affairs, deaths, reconnecting, boundary setting, and conflict.
I offer quality individual, couple, and family counselling services at a reasonable cost. I use a transpersonal psychology framework that offers a holistic counselling approach. I administer an Outcome Rating Scale to track client progress - session by session. I also administer a Session Rating Scale to determine how the session went for the client(s).
