I believe that true belonging and healing comes from a place deep within ourselves. This journey varies for everyone but ultimately counselling gives us the navigation to find our way. It also provides us with the tools for support if or when we find ourselves lost and/or stuck.

The Breathing Room offers a quiet space for reflection—and an opportunity to reset. Counselling sometimes asks us to explore difficult places within ourselves, and it can be helpful to transition between your session and your day-to-day life. Clients are invited to use this dedicated space after their appointments.
