As I listen to my clients' stories and wishes, I will be proposing practical tools, such as emotion coaching and CBT, to help them gain deeper awareness of strengths. Through understanding themselves better, my clients are able to access self-compassion so they can become their best advocate.
I am a Canadian Certified Counsellor with 18 years of experience helping people feel more connected to themselves and others, and would love to be part of your journey to change! I have two Master’s degrees (Counselling Psychology and Education) and currently supervise seasoned and counsellors in training - something I am also very passionate about.
