I provide support for people experiencing depression, anxiety, OCD, trauma and difficult life transitions. I believe that mental health and wellness requires a collaborative and holistic approach. I integrate the mind-body connection into my practice; this includes combining psychotherapy methods with mindfulness, meditation, breath and somatic work.
