I provide therapy for individuals and couples who are looking for real change and relief. I work with clients who experience shame, burnout, anger, anxiety, stress, relational conflict, and a wide range of other mental health challenges. If you are specifically seeking an experienced Internal Family Systems (IFS) clinician, you are in the right place! Many of my clients are seeking experiential therapy because other strategies have not worked. Many of my clients are spiritually-oriented in awareness-based practices. Many of my clients are couples who are seeking IFS-based couple therapy.
Online sessions work very well for this type of therapy. I guide clients inward, often with eyes closed in a restful stance. Much of our therapeutic work is done internally. Doing therapy from this private, comfortable setting supports healing. For couples, I offer an IFS-based couple therapy protocol that has yielded positive outcomes when delivered online.
I do have a waitlist, which can take up to six months (maximum) but often is less than that.
