Finding balance and purpose in a stressful world can be overwhelming. Know that you are not alone. With 30 years of experience, I am here to be your guide whatever your journey may be. Life is a process of transitions, our world is changing and this can be unsettling. If you feel anxious, uncertain and that you are being forced out of your comfort zone, you are not alone. Although unsettling, we often find tremendous learning and growth in challenge and new experience. I can assist you in helping to find resilience and meaning in the midst of change.

Hello! As a South Asian woman of colour, I have grown up and experienced living in a multicultural society, balancing the different identities that may come from being a child of immigrants as well as having peers of differing backgrounds. This has helped me develop a unique understanding of the experiences of those similar and different to me. I understand that our cultural upbringings, beliefs, and values may both help and hinder us in some ways as we grow into who we are today. We are made up of so many parts that make us who we are, and that is so important to understand and work with for your mental health and wellbeing.

Not accepting new clients
Accepting new EMDR adult clients (with a focus on female-identifying and non-binary individual clients). People seek counselling for many reasons such as anxiety, stress, ADHD, emotional regulation, and transitions such as post-secondary, family, career, parenting, burnout. We all want to feel better, but can’t always do that alone. I offer an open-minded, welcoming approach that meets you where you are. I believe by working collaboratively, we can identify opportunities for change and explore effective, evidence-based approaches.
