Whether it's anxiety, low mood, challenging circumstances or anything else life has thrown at you, together we can work on it. Along with offering support and a safe space to speak, we can come up with a plan that uses your individual strengths to create and sustain positive change.

I love to work with clients who want a partner in their healing. They know that the understanding and answers they are seeking are within themselves. Often my clients express a kind of anxiety - generalized to many aspects of their lives or about a specific aspect, but just as often they come to me with a more vague sense of wanting to enjoy life more or move past a feeling of dissatisfaction or apprehension that seems to "follow them" in their lives. Together, we delve into deeply exploring what that is, using body, mind and spirit as tools. My clients are motivated to experiment, explore, and reflect to find what matters most.

I'm all about conversation - with individuals, couples, and groups who are tired of being 'stuck'. Whether it’s working through past trauma, responding to loss or change, learning to accept and express our authentic selves, having better relationships, overcoming addictive or other unhelpful coping behaviors, or creating meaning in this crazy world – I offer a safe space and a little gentle challenging to help my clients create profound shifts for themselves.
