Things are often not what they appear and our past experiences might have negative effects on our self-esteem and self-image, how we perceive things, and how we relate to the others. Those past experiences often prevent us from moving forward in life and keep us stuck. I have been passionately providing counselling to individuals, couples, children and families and supporting them in their journey to reaching full potential. I help clients who are facing depression and anxiety as a result of life challenges, such as relationship issues, divorce and separation, past traumas, parenting issues, health concerns etc.
I hold a Master's degree in Counselling Psychology and I am registered with College of Alberta Psychologists. In my practice I focus on couples & relationship issues, family of origin issues, depression and anxiety. I have a psychodynamic background and I mostly use Emotionally-Focused Therapy approach that is humanistic, non-judgmental and caring in nature
