I am trained in Narrative Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness Based Therapies, Exposure and Response Prevention (for OCD), Couple and Family Therapy. I work with emotion and body awareness to help clients respond, rather than react. The world and others are impossible to control, managing our response leads to deep and lasting change.
Being human means that sometimes we suffer. As a fellow human who has also suffered, I endeavour to reach out and walk alongside others in need of support. I cultivate compassion and connection through evidence based practice. My goal is to meet you where you are at, when you need it most, and collaboratively determine the best way forward.
