There are times in all of our lives when we encounter struggles, change and challenges that require extra support. Working from a cognitive behavioural approach Barbara offers counselling services to help individuals, couples and families through stressful experiences. She has experience working with children, adolescents, teenagers and adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, school/work issues and relationship struggles. She has specific training related to personality disorders and psychosis.
Having gone through a divorce herself, Barbara is aware of the experiences, worries and issues that families encounter when parent’s separate. Barbara has extensive experience as a custody and access assessor and offers specific services for children and families going through a separation such as reconciliation counselling, parenting plans and assessments.
