Life can be challenging and sometimes it feels like we are riding the rollercoaster of ups and downs. You are feeling overwhelmed, stressed, and full of anxiety. In my practice, I offer a client-centered and supportive environment where you can feel safe to share your story and experiences. I help clients explore and process problems and challenges that impact every day life. In addition, I can help support the healing of past trauma to help achieve life goals and live more freely.
I can support you with unpacking and processing your emotions and problems helping you understand how they are impacting your choices, behaviour, and relationships. I can support youth with such things as problems in school, parent separation and divorce, peer relationships, anxiety, self-esteem and self confidence.
It is my intention as a therapist for clients to feel understood, respected and valued. It is my goal for us to make meaningful change together. We work together to get you feeling better and more confident to take on life's challenges. Together we can work towards your therapy goals in a safe and compassionate way.
