I have a deep passion for helping people grieve their losses, process their traumas, celebrate their wins, take their power back, and learn to love and trust themselves after trauma.
I aim to cultivate a curiosity and deep understanding over your past and current experiences before working proactively toward everyday solutions. I bring a sense of genuineness and authenticity to my work with you, using a trauma informed lens with an integrated approach of attachment therapy, somatic practices, and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT).
I believe you are important and know that your needs, desires, and relationships matter to you; finding contentment and living the life you want shouldn't be so hard.
