I am here to support you in navigating life's challenges including stress, anxiety, life transitions, difficult relationships of all kinds, and self-esteem. I strive to offer my clients unwavering support as they navigate their path to emotional well being and self-discovery. Together, we will use a gentle introspective approach to unpack and explore your current and past experiences to bring upon awareness and self-understanding. Once we do, we work together to utilize and learn new coping skills and strategies to manage the difficulties you face on a daily basis.
I have a semi-structured approach and I work to tailor therapy to meet the unique needs and experiences of my clients. My practice draws from various therapeutic modalities including Narrative therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy. My practice is trauma informed and culturally sensitive.
