My clients want a safe place where they will be deeply heard, understood, and validated. Many of my clients had childhoods that were lacking in nurturing. I support adults who are dealing with issues such as self-care and worthiness struggles, unresolved emotional wounds, body acceptance and battles with diet culture, chronic illness/pain, disability, anxiety, depression, relationship/family conflict, and grief/loss. I am a Certified Intuitive Eating Counsellor. I hold Level 2 Accreditation in Trauma-Focused CBT, and Certificates in DBT & Positive Neuroplasticity Training. I do extensive work with chronic health issues and disabilities. I am a CVAP and FNHA approved counselling provider. Virtual services are available throughout BC and ON, and in person for Kelowna.
