Hello, my name is Ava and I provide counselling support for children, youth and women. I have had the privilege of working with clients who grapple with emotional difficulties rooted in familial dynamics and postpartum depression. I have a deep conviction in the power of transformation and that we all can overcome our issues with guidance, and self-love. I specialize in grief/loss, anxiety, depression, divorce, trauma and postpartum mental health. I help my clients reach their full potential by using the latest therapy techniques. I have over a decade of experience working with traumatized children and youth. I also work with new moms experiencing postpartum depression and the struggles of being a parent.
