Feeling bad about yourself and your body isn’t what you want for your life. Struggling with body image and eating issues can make everything feel overwhelming. When your thoughts about food and your body take over, it becomes hard to focus on anything else. This can lead to making choices around food and your body that don’t feel right, making you feel even worse. These issues can also cause emotional struggles, like constant worrying, feeling down, irritable, trapped in perfectionism, and having low energy or motivation. It can get to a point where it feels like everything is out of control.
Together we will explore how struggles with yourself and with food began too manifest. Based on what you want to work on, we will then work towards your goals and help you work towards a more positive body image, feeling better about yourself and your ability to navigate difficult situations.
