I typically use therapies such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Solution Focused Therapy. We would decide together the best fit for you. I would be honoured to work with you to meet your goals.
Although my specialties are typically around mood disorders, I am also happy to offer supportive sessions to the family members of the individual who requires treatment.
