Congratulations on taking a step toward healing. Whether you are just beginning the journey or have been on the journey for quite some time, I am here to help. I believe that there are things in life that derail us from living to our full potential. These events, whether small "t" traumas or big "T" Traumas, cause us to feel overwhelmed, anxious, and depressed. It changes the way we feel about ourselves and how we interact with others. With the right support and therapy, I believe we all have the strength, courage, and internal resources to overcome negative life experiences.
I specialize in working with clients who are suffering from anxiety, depression, and am passionate on helping people heal life's traumas. I incorporate a number of strategies in my practice, including techniques from Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Committment Therapy, EMDR, Progressive Counting, and Mindfulness.
I also offer intensive healing retreats on weekends to assist you in healing your traumas quickly and effectively. I look forward to working with you.
