If you or your child are struggling with anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, behavioural concerns or other mental health related issues, I am here to help! I am trauma-informed and attachment based, with a passion for including activity and movement in my practice. Together we can establish clear treatment goals and work towards overall health and wellness, using evidence based treatment intervention. I also take a special interest in sport and exercise psychology, including those involved competitively or recreationally in sport or activity.
Integrating my kinesiology background with my psychology knowledge and 5+ years experience working in the health field, I take a biopsychosocial approach to my psychological services. Therapeutic interventions are selected based on client concerns and goals, most frequently from Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Play Therapy.
I strive to make therapy comfortable and collaborative, where growth and change occurs in a safe space. The therapeutic relationship is built on mutual trust and respect, no matter the client's age.
