I am certified in Complex Trauma and Child Sexual Abuse Intervention in addition to a Masters degree in Counselling. Animal Assisted Therapy, Expressive Therapies, Somatic Experiencing and Mindfulness practices are integrated into much of my work and continue to be areas of professional growth.
