I'm Dr. Ashley Hyatt. I have worked with diverse clients in a variety of professional settings, and have experience assisting clients working through trauma, depression, anxiety, panic disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), stress, emotion regulation, and insomnia. I value collaboration and prioritize working to empower clients to apply new skills in challenging situations so they feel confident in managing effectively. Clients can expect encouragement and troubleshooting to ensure that skill application is more impactful.
My treatment modality is Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). CBT is an evidence-based treatment to help individuals and groups change unhelpful thought patterns and modify their behaviours. Based on your concerns I create a unique treatment plan to help you achieve your therapy goals.
I look forward to getting to know you and being a part of your therapy journey. If you have any questions or would like more information, please let me know.
