Together, we can create a space to slow down, reflect, and better understand who you are and how you want to be in the world so that you can live a more connected and fulfilled life.
My approach is relational and compassionate. I aim to be open-minded, collaborative, and recognize the intersectional nature of identity and its impact on our lives. We all hold multiple identities that influence our perspective and how we interact with the world. It is important for me to honour this as we explore together.
I have experience supporting folks through grief and loss, addiction, gender transition, relationship issues, and vicarious trauma.
