I am currently interning at The Centre for Mental Health and Addictions, focusing on various struggles and needs. As an intern at the Centre, I offer no-cost counselling services to those in need. These services include individuals, couples, and family counselling. I take a collaborative approach to counselling, working with others to best meet their needs.

My practice is characterized by a client-centred philosophy, emphasizing the importance of tailoring techniques to each individual's unique needs in a nonjudgmental, safe, and open environment. I incorporate a range of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioural strategies, strengths-based approaches, and mindfulness.

I am a dedicated professional with a strong passion for counselling. I am currently pursuing my Master of Arts in Counselling and Psychology at Yorkville University. I am dedicated to fostering growth and well-being in others, continuing to drive me forward in my career and my mission to positively impact the lives of others.
