I specialize in couples counselling using interventions that are proven to build and repair relationships. Whether your relationship is new and you seek to build healthy communication, or a relationship seasoned with life's challenges and difficulties, it is never too late or too early to build healthy patterns.
I am a psychotherapist with extensive training working with couples of different backgrounds. It is an important part of my practice to listen well and to create a space to be heard. Outside of work, my family is a large part of my life. I love spending time outdoors and can often be found camping in the summer and fishing whenever I get the chance.
