I am here to support you in your healing process so that you can live a joyful and vibrant life. Whether your pain has manifested as depression, anxiety, overwhelm, addictive tendencies, relationship or parenting challenges, or difficulty navigating a particular life transition, I will help you understand the why. My clients experience changes in their day-to-day lives, as well as profound shifts in their inner worlds. I also pay special attention to the wellbeing of your inner child; we live in a world with very little space for children to develop safely and wholly so most of still bear emotional wounds from our early development.

My work is based on an integrative, non-pathologising approach. I use a variety of therapeutic styles that allow you to address deeper-rooted pain points, viewing symptoms as signposts for where we should focus. I draw especially from internal family systems, psychodynamic, attachment-based, narrative, and solution-focused therapies.

I found my way to being a psychotherapist through seeing the value it brought to my own life. I know firsthand how relieving it is to accept help and comfort while doing the brave and challenging work required to heal.
