I am Arya, a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. I hold an Honours Bachelor’s Degree in Bioethics and Law from University of Toronto. I aim to help my clients build bridges between their past, present and future and guide them towards a path of physical, mental and emotional wellness.
I aim to work with clients in areas of anxiety, youth behavior, stress and more. I use a strength-based approach and understand that every individual has their challenges and the desire for a quick solution to their problems. I help every client in their unique set of struggles by providing SMART goals and tools that can be applied for life.
I believe everyone carries broken pieces of a mirror that makes their life’s picture unclear. I help clients find the ability to connect those pieces together to form a full-length mirror through therapy involving self-reflection, empathy and compassion. I further aim to help my clients by developing a culturally, individually tailored approach
