My name is Arujuhna (ARJUNA) and I am a registered psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapist of Ontario. I hold a Master of Arts in Psychology from Yorkville University and I have a certificate in concurrent disorders.
My experience includes over 8 years of experience in both mental health and addictions in various community-based settings and most recently in the children and youth mental health sector. I practice from a client centered approach where therapy is not predetermined. Every individual is different, and I adapt my approach to the individual’s needs.
I specialize in areas of depression, anxiety, grief, stress, self-esteem, relationship issues, and school avoidance behavior. I am a strong believer that the therapeutic alliance (between client and therapist) is important. I am dedicated towards collaborative person centered approach.
