Thank you for visiting my profile. I take an evidence-based and integrative approach to psychological treatment and my goal is to create a safe space that empowers my clients, helps them feel understood and supported to challenge life’s difficulties and ultimately thrive. I believe change is possible when relationships are grounded in trust, openness, and strengths are discovered and celebrated. As I learn about your challenges, I hope to work alongside you, your child or family with a compassionate ear. Currently my practice focuses on Adult Autism and ADHD Assessments.
Throughout the 10 years of my clinical and research training, I have worked for publicly funded mental health agencies including, The Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH), Aisling Discoveries Child and Family Centre, EMYS and various private practices. Currently, I work with children, adolescents and adults with wide range of emotional challenges.
I am interested in issues related to discrimination and marginalization. My practice is LGBTQ affirmative. I am particularly interested in working with members of diverse communities who struggle with the lack of acceptance from their friends, family and community. I am happy to book a brief phone consult to make sure my services fit your needs.
